LOW6 acquires Splash Games to scale skill gaming platform

LOW6 said the acquisition of Splash Games will support its new Rivals proprietary skill gaming platform that launched earlier this year B2B sports gamification business LOW6 has acquired UK-based skill gaming company Splash Games to accelerate the rollout of its Rivalz white-label platform in markets around the world. Under the deal , the terms of which are undisclosed, LOW6 will integrate Splash Games’ experience in real-money player-versus-player (PvP) tournaments and skill-based matchmaking into its B2B offering. Founded by Joshua Sprey and Gus Threlfall, Splash Games developed a consumer platform offering cash tournaments across casual games.
