Kalshi Weekly Volume Reaches Record $21.52 Billion, Led by Combos

Kalshi’s event-contract volume reached a record $21.52 billion in the UTC week of Oct. 12–18, with combination contracts making up most of the total and crypto-category contracts contributing $2.58 billion. The reporting period began at 8 p.m. ET on Oct. 11 (00:00 UTC Oct. 12) and ended at 8 p.m. ET on Oct. 18 (00:00 UTC Oct. 19). Volume rose from $19.03 billion the previous week, and the latest period included more than 100 million trades. Combination contracts generated about $14.5 billion, roughly two-thirds of the weekly total. A combo brings multiple event outcomes into one position.
