ADM Insider Allegedly Warned Slot Ring

Italian prosecutors allege that a local ADM official warned a suspected slot-machine network about inspections in exchange for payments, helping operators conceal unauthorised hardware. A judge in Cosenza imposed precautionary measures on 15 people after investigators seized 145 machines and approximately €80,000 held inside them. On 26 October, Carabinieri officers in Cosenza province and ADM personnel executed an order issued by a preliminary investigations judge at the Cosenza court. The order covered 15 people suspected of involvement in a network that allegedly manipulated amusement with prize machines connected to Italy’s national monitoring system. Two people were placed under house arrest.
