While Bloober Team has been quietly working on its remake of the original Silent Hill for quite some time now, studio CEO Piotr Babieno has spoken about the recent success of the horror genre, and in an interview with IGN , spoke about his own thoughts on the genre across games, books, and films. Interestingly, Babieno believes that the horror genre tends to be quite successful when the world itself is facing major issues.
