Team Liquid Eliminate LPL Champions AL From LoL Worlds 2026

LCS champions Team Liquid have finally won a match at the League of Legends World Championship (LoL Worlds) 2026. In an unexpected turn of events, both North America’s champions and China’s LPL champions Anyone’s Legend lost their first two matches. The two champions then drew each other in the Swiss Stage, with the loser of the best-of-three eliminated from the tournament. And the series went the way of Team Liquid, as they impressively swept AL 2-0 to keep their Knockouts hopes alive.
