Rockstar are "confident" that GTA 7 won't take another eight years, despite similar promises of greater efficiency seemingly having come with Red Dead Redemption 2

Future Rockstar games won't take as long to make as GTA 6 has, the studio leadership currently behind the series have asserted, saying they're "confident" work that's gone into this latest game will allow them to build "more sideways than upwards" going forwards.
