Overdrive PS5 Jailbreak Store Taken Down With 1,600+ Free Games

The Overdrive PS5 jailbreak store is reportedly gone just two days after it went live. Hackers jailbroke the PlayStation 5 on October 12, 2026, and launched Overdrive as an illegal version of the PS Store. It offered more than 1,600 paid PS4 and PS5 games and DLCs for free, but Sony reportedly shut it down on October 14. Its fall shows how quickly Sony is moving against PS5 piracy right now.
