Patrick Dumont Takes 69% Control of Dallas Mavericks

Patrick Dumont and his wife, Sivan Ochshorn, have become the controlling owners of the Dallas Mavericks after acquiring Miriam Adelson’s stake in the NBA franchise. The transaction took place last month and raised the Dumont family’s ownership to 69%, according to the team. Ochshorn is Adelson’s daughter, while Dumont is her son-in-law. Former majority owner Mark Cuban retains a 27% stake after selling control of the franchise to the Adelson and Dumont families in December 2023.
