Nevis launches dedicated prediction markets licensing framework

The Nevis Online Gaming Authority (NOGA) has announced the introduction of the Nevis Prediction Market License as part of its regulatory services. NOGA oversees the territory's gambling sector, prohibiting local residents from participating in iGaming while allowing operators to obtain business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) licences for international operations . The new licence covers binary and multi-outcome contracts on events involving sports, financial and economic indicators, politics and elections, entertainment, weather and climate, cryptocurrency movements, and digital assets.
