GLPI Q3 revenue rises 9.5% to record $435.4 million

Gaming and Leisure Properties (GLPI) reported record third-quarter revenue, adjusted funds from operations (AFFO), and adjusted EBITDA , with revenue rising 9.5% year-on-year to $435.4 million for the three months ended September 30, 2026. AFFO increased 10.5% to $311.7 million from $282 million in the prior-year period, while adjusted EBITDA rose 13% to $413.9 million from $366.4 million. AFFO per diluted share and OP/LTIP units increased 7.2% to $1.04 from $0.97. However, net income declined to $213.8 million from $248.5 million , while income from operations fell to $309.9 million from $337.2 million.
