Bitcoin (BTC) miners’ estimated gross daily revenue per exahash per second fell 14.2% across two weekly readings, pointing to lower returns per unit of computing power before electricity and other operating costs. One estimate put daily gross revenue at $33,095 per EH/s per day for the week to Nov. 2, down from $38,552 per EH/s per day for the week to Oct. 9. The two estimates imply a 14.2% decline. The calculation uses a 3.125 BTC block subsidy, 144 blocks per day, daily Bitcoin closing prices and the network’s seven-day average hashrate.
