USDC Treasury Mints 1 Billion USD Coin Tokens on Solana in 10 Minutes

USDC Treasury created 1 billion USD Coin (USDC) tokens on Solana over 10 minutes Monday, Nov. 2, sending them to a Circle-controlled account in four transactions of 250 million USDC apiece. An earlier 500 million USDC mint on Solana in two transactions took place Oct. 20. Monday's issuance was twice that total.
