Upbit Announces AXIS Listing for Won, Bitcoin and USDT Markets

South Korean crypto exchange Upbit announced plans on Oct. 21 to list AXIS in its won, Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT) markets. The planned addition would give the token three trading pairs on the platform. The won pair would allow trading directly against South Korea’s currency, while the other pairs would use BTC and USDT. The announcement concerned trading access on Upbit, rather than a change to the AXIS token itself. John Kim reports on the digital-asset business for TokenPost.
