Temporal names ex-Galaxy Digital DeFi chief Michael Marcantonio as CEO

The Solana infrastructure firm behind Harmonic and Humidifi is bringing in a trading and M&A veteran as it prepares to scale Temporal, the Solana -focused research and development shop behind the Harmonic block-building client and the Humidifi trading venue, has named Michael Marcantonio as its new chief executive. Marcantonio previously served as Head of DeFi at Galaxy Digital. His stated ambition at Temporal is not modest: he wants the firm to outgrow names like Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley . The appointment took effect around October 27, 2026. Temporal is framing the hire as a bet on scale.
