Metaplanet Wins Approval for 2,100 BTC Deal to Build Nasdaq Bitcoin Treasury Giant

Super League shareholders have paved the way for Metaplanet’s largest Bitcoin expansion. The approved transaction will add 2,100 BTC to the company and $2.5 million in cash, which the company expects to rebrand as Superplanet in the future. Super League announced that shareholders approved every proposal presented at its October 16 annual meeting, including the strategic investment from Metaplanet. At the closing of the deal, Metaplanet will donate $2,5 million in cash and 2,100 Bitcoins from its U.S. subsidiary to Sapperstone.
