Metaplanet, Inc. Plans 2,100 Bitcoin (BTC) Deal for 95.7% Stake

Metaplanet, Inc. plans to contribute 2,100 BTC and $2.5 million for a 95.7% stake in Nasdaq-listed Super League Enterprise, Inc., which would give Metaplanet control if the deal closes. Metaplanet Holdings, Inc. would make the contribution in exchange for 44,859,400 Super League shares at $3 each. The shares are expected to represent about 95.7% of Super League’s common stock at closing. Super League shareholders approved proposals related to the deal on Oct. 16. Closing remains subject to conditions and is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.
