Ethereum Staking Adds 1.99 Million Ether (ETH) in Q3 as Gross Yield Falls

The amount of Ether (ETH) committed to Ethereum's validators rose by 1.99 million on a net basis in Q3 2026, marking a sixth consecutive quarter of inflows as gross staking yield fell. At quarter-end, active validators held 43.80 million ETH, equal to 35.9% of the network's total supply. The figures show both the scale of the validator pool and its continued growth during the quarter. Net staking inflows measure the change in ETH committed to validators, not the amount newly purchased.
