ChartNerd Sets $5.89 XRP Target for 2028-2029, Rejecting $589 Call

Technical analyst ChartNerd (@ChartNerdTA) rejected a $589 XRP target for 2028 or 2029 in an Oct. 19 post, proposing $5.89 for the same period. The two prices differ by a factor of 100. With roughly 63 billion XRP in circulation, a $589 price would imply 100 times the market value of $5.89 if supply were the same. ChartNerd’s earlier long-term chart analysis placed XRP in a $5 to $8 range, which includes the newer figure. Holders disagreed over the lower target. One commenter called $5.89 by 2028 or 2029 disappointing and argued XRP should reach double digits by 2027.
