Binance Review: Is It the Best Crypto Exchange in 2026?

Binance is the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, and it has been for most of the past eight years. It reported more than 323 million registered users in July 2026, and on October 20, 2026, CoinGecko recorded about $8.8 billion in 24-hour spot volume on Binance, more than any other centralized exchange, across 507 coins and 1,366 trading pairs. But “biggest” doesn’t always mean “best for you.” Binance has faced serious regulatory scrutiny, a $4.3 billion US settlement and a leadership change after its founder pleaded guilty to an anti-money-laundering violation.
