Benchmark Shows Throughput Equivalent to 1 Million Stablecoin Transfers per Second

Espresso's mainnet upgrade is complete, with performance testing indicating a data rate that would equal roughly 1 million stablecoin transfers per second at 180 bytes each. The benchmark registered 181 megabytes per second. Using the average transaction size, that throughput corresponds to about 1 million transfers per second; it is an equivalent rate derived from data volume, not a direct count of completed transfers. Average transaction finality in the test was 337 milliseconds. At a peak load of 1 million transactions per second, finality was 778 milliseconds. Finality is the time it takes transactions to reach confirmation.
