Allora Freezes Stolen ALLO From Binance and Starts Full Return

Allora has begun returning stolen Allora (ALLO) to Binance after activating an emergency token-contract safeguard that prevents the attacker from moving or using the stolen tokens. The team is returning the full amount stolen to Binance, and that process is underway.
