Who Is Cobie? The Poker Pro Who Became Coinbase’s Product Boss

Cobie, real name Jordan Fish, is a British crypto trader, angel investor, co-founder of Lido, co-host of the UpOnly podcast, and founder of the fundraising platform Echo. Coinbase bought Echo in October 2025 for around $375 million and in July 2026 put him in charge of the Base app and its whole trading product suite. He started as a professional online poker player who put a couple of hundred dollars into Bitcoin in 2013. That last line is why this profile is personal for me.
