Nintendo says it isn't planning any more Switch 2 price hikes

Nintendo, which unveiled the results of the first half of its fiscal year 2027 earlier today , has now said it has access to enough quantities of memory to manufacture more Switch 2 consoles. As a result, the platform holder does not plan to increase the price of the Switch 2. That's according to Reuters , citing Nintendo president Shuntaro Furukawa. Nintendo, which has so far sold 26m Switch 2 consoles, has already raised the price of the console earlier this year.
