MrBeast has revealed that he spent $7 million creating the second season of his animated series, Beast Labs, bringing together hundreds of artists and voice actors from major franchises. The YouTube star originally released a 30-minute pilot for the show in 2025, but decided to overhaul the project after viewers criticized its storyline, characters, and lack of emotional depth. In a new behind-the-scenes video, Jimmy Donaldson explained how he assembled an international production team to improve the series, recruiting talent with experience working on Marvel, Star Wars, South Park, and Bob's Burgers.
