This Free Blender Add-On Quickly Automates UV Unwrapping

Software Developer Daniel Boxer presented UVgami, a free Blender tool for automatic UV unwrapping that runs in the browser. The tool is open source and available on GitHub. The web app opens OBJ, GLB, GLTF, and FBX files and automatically creates a UV map. The unwrapping process runs locally, and models are not uploaded to a server. UVgami's unwrapping engines are based on OptCuts , xatlas , and PartUV . OptCuts is the default CPU engine, allowing for the highest quality but can be slow.
