Switch 2 Keeps Punching Above Its Weight, as Hamaguchi Vows Final Fantasy VII Revelation Will Narrow the Platform Gap

Despite its hardware, the Nintendo Switch 2 is consistently hitting above its weight in multiplatform games, and among the most impressive ports released so far is Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. Although Square Enix definitely achieved incredible quality, it seems like Final Fantasy VII Revelation will try to push things further in terms of visual quality, as Naoki Hamaguchi feels confident they will further bridge the gap with the other systems in the third and final entry in the series. The attention to graphics, however, won't mean gameplay will be neglected.
