Streamers arrested after robot allegedly sexually assaults teen and makes “thrusting motions”

Two teenagers are under investigation in Germany after allegedly livestreaming a robot touching a 16-year-old girl’s buttocks and making thrusting motions against her. Police in Cologne seized the Ironman-looking robot following an incident outside a fast-food restaurant on the night leading into Sunday, October 11. The suspects, aged 16 and 19, allegedly filmed the encounter, broadcast it live on social media and provided commentary as it happened. They were subsequently arrested by the police, according to Metro. Investigators are now examining how the robot was operating and whether someone deliberately controlled its movements.
