Steam Officially Makes Brand-New 2026 Game 100% Free Until November 3

Steam 's Free Weekend Promotion is only offering one free game this weekend, but it's unique in that this brand-new 2026 game does not officially launch until November 10. In other words, the current Steam Free Weekend Promotion is giving players complete access and essentially a preview ahead of launch (showcasing confidence, if nothing else). For those unfamiliar, Steam's Free Weekend Promotion makes a game playable at absolutely no cost until a specific time ( November 3 at 10 am PT/1 pm ET in this case). Players have unfettered access until that point, but they'll lose access at that time.
