Steam Officially Confirms 2 New Free-to-Keep Games for October 2026

Steam is giving PC gamers another opportunity to expand their libraries without spending any money, with two more free-to-keep games confirmed for October 2026. Valve's digital storefront regularly features promotions and discounts, but Steam's free-to-keep offers are particularly appealing because players can permanently add games to their accounts without purchasing them. October has been a particularly interesting month for Steam users looking for new games, especially with Halloween approaching and plenty of horror-themed releases getting attention. However, not every giveaway has to be a major AAA game to be worth checking out.
