Sewer-dwelling man arrested for harassing woman’s children

A man allegedly living in a sewer was arrested after a mother reported him to police for repeatedly approaching and harassing her children. Unique Wiggins, a resident of Baltimore County, Maryland, received a panicked call from her 21-year-old daughter who claimed she was being harassed by a man. However, when Wiggins asked who the man was, her daughter responded by claiming that "the man in the sewer" was the one harassing her. According to Wiggins, the man allegedly chased her children down the street.
