Original Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Rated in Australia

The Australian Classification Board has just rated 2009’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Players saw Call of Duty: Black Ops 1 and 2 being rated earlier this year, and that eventually led to the release of current-gen ports for the game. These were not remasters or remakes, but did show up with some visible improvements on the PlayStation 5 and the XBOX Series X/S. Hopefully players can get something similar to Modern Warfare 2. The Australian Classification Board rated Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2009) on October 1, 2026. It has received the classification of R 18+.
