Meta Brings Immersive College Football to Quest, Promises 100+ Live Sporting Events Next Year

Meta is partnering with ESPN to offer select live, 180-degree immersive college football games all season long via Quest’s TV app . When Meta VR Glasses release next spring, Meta says there are also 100+ live sporting events on the horizon. The News The first game kicks off October 10th with the Texas Longhorns taking on the Oklahoma Sooners , letting you watch in the Red River Rivalry at the Cotton Bowl. Live games will be streamed in 8K with Dolby Atmos, and 180-degree views so user can see the entire field.
