A 64-year-old man was arrested in Richmond, Virginia, after allegedly tying his wife to a chair so he could watch football without her. According to Virginia Statewide Incidents on Facebook, 64-year-old Terry Ward was arrested on October 11 after police responded to a call at his home in Richmond over an alleged domestic disturbance. As per the report, officers responded and took a statement from his wife, who hasn’t been named, as she said that she had been tied to a chair by her husband.
