Latest Cyberpunk 2077 Update Quietly Adds Witcher 3 Items

Just when you thought CD Projekt RED was done with Cyberpunk 2077 updates, the developers revealed a surprise content drop. Update 2.5 is inspired by Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, the Netflix-exclusive series set in Night City, and it arrived just in time for the debut of Season 2 of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. The announcement artwork showed V back-to-back with the anime character, Weak Kingsley, from Cyberpunk Edgerunners, before a REDstreams broadcast revealed more details before the update went live. CD Projekt RED has secretly released The Witcher 3 items in Cyberpunk 2077 as part of Update 2.5.
