“I am your father” lightsaber set to fetch over $1m at Star Wars auction

A lightsaber used in the Cloud City duel scene that saw Darth Vader say "I am your father" is up for auction, and could potentially sell for $1 million. Heritage Auctions' "Ultimate Star Wars Auction" takes place on November 12. Over 25 lightsaber props will be on sale at the auction, including Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker's Revenge of the Sith props. They are expected to sell for at least $10,000 apiece. However, it is a lightsaber belonging to the series' original antagonist, Darth Vader, that is expected to rake in the big bucks at the auction.
