Day 1 PS Plus Extra PS5 Game Launches to 3.98/5 Reviews

October 2026 has been a big month for PlayStation Plus Extra , with the gaming giant adding several notable games to its subscription service. While major releases like Mafia: The Old Country and Horizon Forbidden West headline the latest additions, the lineup also includes a brand-new game launching directly into the game catalog. Day-one releases are still relatively uncommon for PS Plus Extra , which puts them on a higher pedestal. Sony has experimented with day-one PlayStation Plus releases for years, giving smaller titles opportunities to reach a much larger audience immediately.
