Binance P2P Launches Merchant Referral Program for CIS and CEE Regions

Referrers earn 50 USDC for every new P2P merchant successfully onboarded and verified. Referred merchants can earn up to 100 USDC in token vouchers by hitting specific trading volume milestones. The campaign is exclusive to residents of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Tajikistan, Belarus, Ukraine, and Moldova. Binance has officially rolled out a fresh merchant referral program aimed at the CIS and CEE markets. The campaign kicks off on October 29, 2026, and runs through the end of the year. It encourages existing users to help grow the platform’s P2P liquidity.
