Aion 2 unleashes a ban wave for bots and gold farming as the new MMORPG tackles "economy abuse"

Free-to-play MMORPG Aion 2 has taken action against bots, gold farmers, and suspect trades, but says some account locks are for your safety. Aion 2 developer NC has announced that it's just taken action against almost 5,000 user accounts found to be involved in botting, gold farming, or other methods that "disrupt the game economy." The new MMORPG has rocketed up the Steam charts, quickly becoming the fourth most-played game on Valve's platform behind the ever-present giants of CS2, Dota 2, and PUBG.
