Rwanda Launches InteGo!, Its National Lottery

On 27 October 2026, Rwanda officially launched InteGo! , a state-owned national lottery, during an inauguration ceremony at the Mövenpick Hotel Kigali . The lottery is operated by Moja Rwanda Ltd and regulated by the National Lottery and Gambling Commission under the Rwanda Development Board . The launch brought together leaders from the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) , the National Lottery and Gambling Commission (NLGC), government institutions, and partner organisations across the financial, telecommunications, technology, and mobility sectors. Named after the Kinyarwanda word intego, meaning “a goal,” the initiative operates under the core message “Every Play Makes a Difference.” InteGo!
