NagaCorp appoints former Johnson & Johnson finance director Yeap Chee Wan as non-executive director

Hong Kong-listed NagaCorp has appointed former Johnson & Johnson finance executive Yeap Chee Wan as an independent non-executive director, effective 27 October 2026. According to information filed late Tuesday, Yeap, 54, brings around 30 years of experience across finance, treasury, strategic financial planning and business transformation, including two decades in senior finance roles with Johnson & Johnson subsidiaries in Malaysia and Singapore. He will also join NagaCorp’s Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee.
