LCKY Group adds RoyalCasino brands as acquisition completes

RoyalCasino will join other LCKY Group brands including LuckyCasino, HappyCasino, Vera&John and FlaxCasino LCKY Group has announced the addition of RoyalCasino to its wider portfolio of brands after completing its acquisition of the Denmark-facing iGaming operator. The company in May revealed it had reached an agreement to acquire RoyalCasino . Terms of the deal were not disclosed but LCKY Group said the move would enhance its geographic mix, bringing in more revenue from a “well-regulated and stable jurisdiction” in Denmark.
