Games Global continues studio M&A spree with Wishbone acquisition

The B2B slots giant has acquired at least 10 studios over the last five years Games Global has acquired a majority stake in its exclusive slots studio partner Wishbone Games. The deal, which completed last year but was only disclosed earlier this month, continues the Walter Bugno-led business strategy of acquiring third party studios to add its network. It follows Games Global acquiring at least 10 studio development businesses over the last five years, on top of B2B assets acquired from Super Group and Microgaming during the period.
