Finnish court freezes MagicPoro marketing ban and €1.2m fine

A Finnish court has suspended a 12-month marketing ban and a €1.2m conditional fine imposed on Cyprus-registered operator MagicPoro, first reported by NEXT.io . The HAC (pictured) ruled on 28 September that the National Police Board (NPB) decision cannot be enforced until the court has decided Magicporo’s appeal or orders otherwise.
