Super League Adds Eight Bitcoin as Metaplanet Deal Awaits Closing

Super League Enterprise, Inc. added eight Bitcoin (BTC) from Oct. 28 through Nov. 1, lifting its holdings to 15 BTC as its proposed transaction with Metaplanet awaits closing. The company paid an average of about $78,532.14 per coin. The purchase brings Super League’s holdings up from seven BTC after an earlier four-Bitcoin purchase . Super League said this purchase was part of its exploration of Bitcoin as a treasury asset alongside cash and cash equivalents. Super League shareholders approved a share issuance tied to the proposed transaction on Oct. 16.
