Strategy Adds About $65.5 Million in Bitcoin, Reaching 849,327 BTC

Strategy added 811 Bitcoin (BTC) during the week ended Nov. 1, increasing its holdings to 849,327 BTC after paying about $65.5 million for the coins and adjusting its cash and preferred-stock positions. The latest purchases averaged about $80,846 per BTC. Strategy’s total Bitcoin holdings had an aggregate cost of about $64.08 billion, or an average of $75,451 per coin. Strategy raised $164 million net by selling 1,178,552 shares of its MSTR common stock through an at-the-market offering. It used $65.5 million of the proceeds for Bitcoin and added the remaining $98.5 million to USD Cash.
