Nasdaq Moves to Delist House of Doge After HODO Stays at or Below $0.10

Nasdaq moved to delist House of Doge Inc. after HODO’s closing bid stayed at or below $0.10 for 10 consecutive trading days, putting the company’s stock listing at risk. Nasdaq notified House of Doge on Oct. 27 that the threshold had been met over a stretch from Oct. 13 through Oct. 26. The exchange scheduled a trading suspension for the opening of business Nov. 3, followed by a Form 25-NSE filing to remove the shares. The suspension and formal removal have not been confirmed. The determination came before the company’s deadline to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s $1 minimum bid rule.
