Long Positions Total $271 Million in Crypto Liquidations Over 12 Hours

Crypto markets recorded about $298 million in liquidations over a 12-hour period ending Monday evening, with long positions accounting for roughly nine-tenths of the market-wide total. Long positions totaled $271 million and shorts came to $27.04 million. Longs represented about 91% of all liquidations, or roughly 10 times the short-side amount. Bitcoin (BTC) positions accounted for $67.80 million in liquidations, and Ether (ETH) positions accounted for $40.35 million.
