Horizen Sets Nov. 4 Deadline for Assets on Its Layer 3 Network

Horizen users have until 8 a.m. ET Nov. 4 (13:00 UTC) to move assets off its Layer 3 network before a snapshot sets eligibility for recovery on Base. The snapshot will record balances and staking positions across Horizen’s L3. The Horizen DAO plans to publish it for a weeklong public review before returning Horizen (ZEN), including unclaimed staking rewards, to the same address on Base. The DAO expects distributions in the second half of November. The record will determine which balances qualify under each asset’s terms. The return terms vary by asset.
