Evernorth CEO Says XRP Per Share Will Guide Treasury Strategy

Evernorth Holdings Inc. will measure its treasury decisions by XRP held per share, a metric Evernorth CEO Asheesh Birla said will shape acquisitions, yield strategies and capital allocation. Birla said the company intends to pursue yield through traditional finance and on-chain activity. Separately, he said Evernorth plans to deploy XRP at a measured pace and with risk controls. At the close of its business combination on Oct. 9 , Evernorth held about 473 million XRP. Its shares began trading on Nasdaq under XRPN on Oct. 12.
