Binance Transfers 21,750 Bitcoin Between Cold and Hot Wallets

Binance moved 21,750 Bitcoin (BTC) between its cold and hot wallets in a transfer valued at about $1.69 billion; the movement alone does not show that customers withdrew those coins. Binance users withdrew $4.4 billion on Nov. 1, the first day withdrawals resumed. By 7:50 a.m. ET that day, users had withdrawn 19,569 BTC, worth roughly $1.5 billion.
